You don’t have to memorize every step. Our technology watches conditions and proactively guides you as they change.
01 / BEFORE THE OUTAGE
Check storm readiness.
When nearby systems enter Storm Watch but yours has not, we notify you to consider turning it on.
02 / WHEN THE GRID GOES DOWN
Know the power you have.
We report that you’re running on battery and/or solar, your battery’s state of charge, and estimated runtime at current consumption.
03 / THROUGH THE NIGHT
Make stored energy last.
If your current use could exhaust the battery overnight, we prompt you to turn off nonessential loads.
04 / BEFORE MORNING RESTART
Prepare to recover.
For the supported recovery sequence, we notify you 30 minutes before the morning restart attempt so you can reduce loads.
05 / IF THE ATTEMPT FAILS
Get the next step.
If excessive load prevents restart, we detect it and prompt you to reduce more loads before the next automatic attempt an hour later.
06 / INCLUDED ACTIVE CARE
On duty, day and night.
Monitoring, automatic notifications, and guidance operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Included at no extra charge.
Runtime is estimated at current consumption and changes with loads, solar production, charge, and system conditions. Restart timing follows the supported equipment sequence in your installation. We send guidance; you take the recommended customer actions. Included monitoring and guidance are separate from repairs, labor, and additional service-plan benefits.
